Robinson, Newell and Harrisburg were alerted for a working house fire with children trapped on Starwood Avenue in Mecklenburg County. Newell Engine 2 arrived to find heavy fire showing from a 2-story wood framed house. Harrisburg arrived and assisted with suppression and a primary search. The fire was controlled in 19 minutes. The house was a total loss. No one was injured in the fire. Harrisburg Engine 1 was on scene for about 3 hours conducting overhaul.
