On Monday 12-10-2007 around 1415hours, Harrisburg FD was dispatched to MVA Pin-in involving a tractor trailer. Harrisburg Engine 2 was first to arrive on scene to find a tractor trailer on its side, with 1 patient. Upon investigating the patient was not pinned in the vehicle.
